Another one of my favorites on this list is a buffalo cheese sauce with vegetables. This is also a very mild and good substitute for meat if you prefer not to go that route. You can substitute cheddar or Swiss on this recipe as well but the buffalo flavor is a natural one that is not too difficult to incorporate. For the nutritional facts and caloric content just look at the back of the container to find out what the serving size is and then check it against the nutrition facts on the back of the Keto Chow website. For a serving of buffalo topping you will be consuming one ounce of cheese, three ounces of fat, thirty grams of carbohydrates, four grams of protein and one gram of fiber.
